LVI have a problem with check in. Because hotel use fully automated system to get inside your room. They use electronic locks. The person solved my problem quickly.
There is no reception at this botel. Before your arrival you will get 4digit code to enter hotel and room. I don't like the idea of hotel with electronic locks. Every time you need enter your room you need enter 4digit code, and if you failed doing it several times, door will be blocked. I have this issue while check-in. Need to contact staff via WhatsApp chat. They reset my code. Person next to my room also had same problem with check in, as I. I helped her. Another big issue is loud music starting every evening around 10pm till 1am. There is a bar or some food court nearby, there do live music every evening. So you will not be able rest properly. I had a ear plugs, but they did not saved me from loud music.
