Summit 803 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo 1-6 People

The room itself was cute. Up to date. Clean. Accommodated my family of 3. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was cute and exactly what we needed. The views could have been amazing if we had access to our balcony.

The balcony being under construction was not disclosed until after booking the non refundable room. We were promised the view would still be amazing with zero discounts offered. Which I found not to be true. Construction workers spent early mornings on our balcony. Blocking the view of the ocean and causing an excessive amount of noise due to drilling. The room is also located in a perfect location for entertainment and food if only it was not spring break and the partying and screaming and loud music didn’t keep us up at night. Not to mention there is zero security on the door. Not a latch for extra protection absolutely nothing. The entire building was under construction. We spent time at the pool while it was under construction and was not my idea of relaxing.

The location is good. I went to celebrate my birthday with my family, and the reason I didn't contact the host was because I'd already had difficulties with check-in and wanted to enjoy my day without giving anyone the satisfaction of ruining it. The apartment was clean and spotless. My complaint is that I paid almost $700 for two days for a balcony view, and when I arrived, the entire apartment was a construction site. They should have informed guests that the area was under construction and that certain areas were unavailable. If I had known that, I never would have booked my weekend there. I went to relax, enjoy the sun, the beach, and the sunset, not to see construction debris. It was definitely disappointing, and if you want to book, first check if the area is under construction, as almost half of the apartments were. Furthermore, the noise from the machinery was extremely annoying. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. Now I understand why they gave me early check-in; they're just trying to make money without asking or caring whether we vacationers are comfortable.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and location of the condo.

Only thing I could complain about was the balcony’s were being worked on, nothing to fault of condo owners though!

The rules are nice and clean. The view is beautiful.
