Summit 803 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo 1-6 People

I Loved everything about the property it was very clean and nice.

The view of the beach was wonderful and there were plenty of parking space.

There were article rose peddle under the bed, I didn't notice until the last night of our stay I was looking under the bed for my slides. So that lets me know the room was not properly cleaned from previous guests.

Condo is very beautiful. They were having construction, so one of the pools was not open. The hot tubs were not hot at all, but they did have one pool that was heated, which was nice. Tiki bar was great. Drinks were really good.

They have a small store on the property. A small lighter was four dollars and the young lady in there did not greet us or smile so I hope that young lady is OK.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Owner has made good use of the layout.

Location, location, location. Private beach. Balcony views.

Loved the view, the pools were amazing ,and the condo was very clean. Overall wonderful place to visit will definitely be back !!

I loved the renovations. The bathroom and kitchen was updated very nicely and the overall condo size really met our needs. I absolutely loved the shower and the bed was comfortable. We also really enjoyed the on-site amenities of the restaurant , tiki hut, and market right on the resort. This stay was for relaxation so I appreciate the convenience of everything.

I would have liked if the bedroom had the ocean view like the living room or at least the ability to open the blinds for light. The construction somewhat blocked the beach view on the Northside. I loved the kitchen updates but would have liked a larger sink as we usually eat in most days. Our stay was great and we would definitely choose this unit again
