Very quiet, clean, conveniently located. Love the fireplace.

Nothing in the tub to hold soap, shampoo, etc. TV in bedroom did not work. Hot water in shower ran out quickly.

Great host, communicated well and was very responsive when I needed to a later check-out

The bedroom window only had blinds and so the light from the walkway was bright, you need to have blackout curtains to use in the evening as an option. The paper towels are a joke, Kleenex work better. Also having to come indoors in the evening because of the weed smoking taking place from other units, more than one was ridiculous.

There was no furniture on the balcony Daniel (the owner called me and offered to have it delivered but we weren't interested in people coming in) I'm 70 yrs old and have back problems so the living room furniture was very uncomfortable! And the "beach chairs" were the very low folding chairs. My granddaughter and I left a day early. Our plans had been to pretty much lounge around the apartment and particularly on the balcony. If i hadn't had my own lounge chairs in my car we couldn't have sat on the balcony at all! There was no where for me to be comfortable enough to "lounge around" and just couldn't handle another day so we left around 6 a.m. on the 5th instead of staying until the 6th. Those arm bands went into the trash. I hadn't seen anything about turning them in.

I’ve stayed at the Summit for many years and in lots of condos. This has been the best condo and loved the renovations. Very clean and open space. Love the amenities around the pool. Like being on Thomas Drive.

Wish the washer and dryer had been placed so the doors opened in the opposite direction. It made it difficult to put the clothes in and out. We rented the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We just wanted to relax, enjoy the view of the ocean and not have to carry our room chairs back and forth. What I didn’t like is how lots of people bring their tents and chairs and set up in front of all the paying guests. I have no problem with people taking their own but wish they had to place them behind then rental chairs. They block then rental chais view and when we wanted to walk to the water we had to walk around all the tents and chairs.

Unit was clean and modern. The dual showers were awesome.

Showers definitely need some kind of soap/shampoo holder. Only place to put anything was on the floor. Could use some indirect lighting like a lamp in the living room and bedroom. Washer/Dryer can be a bit of a pain to access if you have clothes hanging up. Maybe flip the doors if possible?
