Summit 803 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo 1-6 People

The location and the beach front.

The remote control in the bedroom didn't work the first night. I had to get someone to come replace it.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered on our stay were friendly and helpful. Great place to take the family, right on the beach with a nice pool and amenities.

The kitchen in the unit had worn out pots and pan and no baking sheet at all. Good thing I didn’t plan much cooking.

The property itself seemed dated and “worn out”. The amenities were not 5 star

The proximity to the beach was great. The condo is super cute and the shower is great.

The elevators take forever so the quickest way to go is walking all those stairs, which becomes exhausting. Would have been nice to have the beach chairs the condo provides considering the price to stay here. The condo is directly across from a strip club. It is overly crowded and kids were screaming in the elevator.

The room was extremely exceptional!! It was top notch! Everything was super nice and very modern and up to date! Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful room!! From the other rooms we saw at The Summit it was hands down the nicest one!! Definitely love to stay there again and again!! Only con we had with the room was the outside furniture needs replaced. Seats cushions were basically nonexistent and the they sat really low so you have to stand up the whole time on the balcony to enjoy the view. The view from the balcony was awesome, when you stood up it was great!

The actual room was awesome! No complaints at all. The Summit how ever wasn’t the best place. Staff very unfriendly and hardly around at all. The pool is so overcrowded you can’t get a place to sit at, and the most frustrating part is it closes at random times every night. Sometimes it was open to 11 sometimes it closed at 7🤦🏼‍♂️. The Summit definitely needs better management.

This was our first time staying in this condo it was newly updated.. very beautiful, modern and clean. It was on the side and close to an elevator/steps. Shower pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing! The elevators are not great but I think that’s anywhere you stay at the beach.. We love the Summit, we stayed there the last time we were in Panama City and the only complaint we had was the room needed updated. We will 100% be booking this condo again!
