The riad was closer to certain attractions.

The most critical issue was the repeated failure of the electrical system. Power outages occurred persistently—on several occasions more than five times within a span of thirty minutes, and this pattern repeated every time we were present at the riad. One particularly concerning incident occurred mid-shower, when the power abruptly failed without any emergency lighting or backup support, leaving guests disoriented and raising serious safety concerns. For business travellers who depend on electricity for communication, devices, and daily schedules, these disruptions were not merely inconvenient but severely disruptive. In addition, water pressure in the showers was consistently inadequate across all rooms. At no point during our stay were we able to take a proper shower, as the flow was limited to little more than a weak drip. After long and demanding workdays, this lack of a basic amenity was especially disappointing and left us feeling unrested throughout our stay. Compounding this, the shower drainage was extremely poor, resulting in frequent water logging and standing water that made the shower areas slippery and uncomfortable to use. These conditions further heightened concerns around hygiene and personal safety.

We hadden pech met het weer (koud en veel regen in december) waardoor we niet hebben kunnen genieten van het dakterras en van de gedeelde ruimtes rond de binnenplaats omdat het er veel koud was. Ook tijdens het ontbijt in de eetplaats was het heel koud. In de slaapkamers was er wel goede verwarming, maar we hebben deze gemist in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.

Being a Riad, it added to the experience of being in Marrakesh. It was clean and well presented. The breakfast every morning was excellent. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful in getting us from and to the airport even though arrival and departure times varied. It was wonderful for our group.

Good location, very good breakfasts made fresh in the Riad, Oumaima took very good care of us.

Very well located a short walk to major sights and attractions in an authentic part of the old town.

Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Eine Oase in einer hektischen Stadt. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar , freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Zu Fuß war alles gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Super riad joliment decore, literie confortable, roof top avec vue panoramique, bassin rafraîchissant. Kabaya est un havre de paix quand on pousse la porte apres une journee animée. Stephanie est une hote très professionnelle toujours attentive aux besoins des locataires et qui organise de supers moments. Les petits dej etaient délicieux Samir le chauffeur est disponible a souhait et super professionnel. Tout etait parfait pour un week end familial
