Beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated relaxing accomodation. Great aircon, fantastic communication from Stephanie. Great driver Samir was very helpful, amazing cooked breakfast, and the hot air balloon trip they organise was FABULOUS!

It would be helpful to know in advance that we need to pay for the transfer from the airport and how much it was so that we could get the cash out beforehand. Also the riad is down a back street near the Medina - it can be a little unsettling if you are expecting it to be on a main road. But these are not negatives about the property - just helpful to know beforehand feel more comfortable!

Dieses kürzlich renovierte Riad begeistert mit elegantem Design, vier geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einem privaten Innen-Pool und stilvollen Gemeinschaftsräumen; perfekt für eine Gruppe oder Familie. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Unterkunft besticht durch moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie Klimaanlage, WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und hohe Privatsphäre dank eigenem Eingang und ganztägiger Sicherheit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Nur etwa 1,1 km von der berühmten Djemaa el Fna und der Koutoubia-Moschee entfernt, bieten sich zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe an. Das reichhaltige Frühstück, mit lokalen Spezialitäten, Pancakes und frischen Früchten rundet das entspannte und authentische Erlebnis ab.

The riad was in a great location, was spotless, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We had a 4 hour gap between checking out and our airport transfer however the hosts were happy for us to stay until our transfer which was super kind.

There were no negatives

L’emplacement était top et sécurisé, à côté du centre à pied, Le Riad était bien équipé conforme aux photos et nous y avons passer un très bon séjour! Services au top avec Oumaima qui nous fait le petit déjeuné tout les matins tout en restant très discrète. Merci aussi à Stéphanie pour sa réactivité et ses bonnes adresses !

The decoration was good, the local staff was very nice, zouhir loan us money to buy some food because we arrived really late

The area around the riad was a little bit scary in the night. Also we were really disappointed because we saw on the booking website that the place had cleaning services but in the end it was not included and we have been 4 days without cleaning which for us would be important. In the end we understood that it was like renting a house (which was not clear for us on The advertising). But in the last day, the checkout was at 11am and at 10.45 we saw the new guest coming to the house and staying there drinking tea while we were finishing our showers and organizing the last stuff to leave. It was NOT cool, since we had our stuff around. The breakfast was good at the first day but there were some days that there was no shops opened around to buy bread so it ended a little bit poor… Also the advertising mentioned 2 swimming pool but it is a mistake for sure. There is only the small pool inside that is not good for being inside not even for the kids. The water is super cold and it is not so clean
