NYC Loft Studio Near MetLife World Cup Stadium & Times Square

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour un séjour New Yorkais.

Place was really clean and comfy, ready for arrival. There were all shower essentials, contact with the owner was easy and they even let us leave suitcases for a few hours after checking out, so we could feel free in NYC on the last day. Really recommend for that price.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y grande, perfecto para una pareja de visita en NYC. Nos dieron las instrucciones de acceso y fue muy sencillo. El bus para Manhattan está a menos de 10mins caminando y pasa con mucha frecuencia. No hay muchos sitios donde cenar alrededor ni para tomar una cerveza, pero desayunamos en un italiano que estaba a una calle y muy rico.

Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y el suelo/alfombras del apartamento no estaban del todo limpios. Tienen que arreglar el tope de la puerta de entrada para que no entre aire.

It's a lovely studio situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I didn't worry to go back alone around 11:30pm after seeing a Broadway show at night. Plenty of buses frequently going to and from New York.

The bed is too soft, it's just my personal preference to sleep on firm mattress. Water got out of the shower door but the host provided enough towel for me to put beside the door so it won't get everywhere.

Booking review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! What was great: As a solo traveler, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well-communicated, making everything stress-free. The apartment itself is a duplex, very spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything you could need readily available. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of the host, Karmina. I arrived quite early, before check-in time, and she kindly offered to let me leave my luggage while the apartment was being prepared she even brought extra blankets and snacks, which was a lovely touch. I visited during near-freezing temperatures and was completely comfortable throughout, thanks to the two heaters : one downstairs and one upstairs. The location is also a major plus: there’s a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, with buses running every 10 minutes to New York City, with the ride taking only about 20 minutes. What could be improved: Honestly, nothing. I have no negative points to report. Overall: This is a gem of a place for anyone visiting the NYC area. The combination of a beautiful, well-equipped duplex apartment, an unbeatable location, and genuinely warm and attentive hosts makes this a no-brainer. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New York without hesitation.

Der Loft ist perfekt für 2 Personen, etwas außerhalb von NYC und durch regelmäßige Buse trotzdem gut angebunden! Alles war sauber und der Host war leicht zu erreichen und hat bei Nachfragen gut reagiert.

Der Loft ist nicht ideal im Winter, da die Leitungen eingefroren sind und wir einen Tag ohne Wasser auskommen mussten, da der Klempner keine freien Termine hatte. In dem Zeitraum durften wir netterweise das Badezimmer im Haus der Hosts mitbenutzen - dennoch war es nicht ideal. Außerdem war es im Loft trotz "Heizung" kalt aber das hat sich geändert, nachdem wir bescheid gegeben haben und eine weitere "Heizung" zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben. Alles in Allem würde ich es aber wieder buchen!

Limpeza

O espaço da “suposta” casa era uma garagem que, supostamente foi transformada numa casa. Não tem janelas. Tem o portão da garagem (ver fotos) na cozinha/sala. O pior de tudo: o frio que sentimos. Na noite em que chegamos a casa estava gelada. Havia dois aquecedores (ver fotos) mas não estavam a funcionar corretamente. Usamos toda a roupa que existia na casa para nos tentarmos aquecer, em vão. Para além disso o barulho ensurdecedor dos dois aquecedores. Não é possível dormir com os aquecedores ligados. Falamos com a Karmina para resolver a situação. Trouxe mais cobertores e reparou os aquecedores. Na segunda noite a casa estava quente mas como, antes de dormir, temos de desligar os aquecedores, a casa arrefece e como não tem qualquer revestimento exterior, passadas umas horas é um frio terrível. Quando nos levantamos a casa está gelada. Sensação horrível pois andamos pela casa cheios de frio. Uma das noites tive de dormir enrolada no cobertor e durante o tempo que estava em casa andava com o cobertor enrolado. Muito desagradável. Muito dececionante. Toda a casa é muito limpa. A cama grande mas o colchão não era confortável pois fica em declive para o ponto mais pesado do corpo ou seja eu estava sempre a ser puxada para baixo pois como o meu marido é mais pesado eu era puxada para esse lado. Desconfortável.
