- The house is split in two and the host lives in the converted rear of the property served by a separate entrance. - There are no cooking or laundry facilities in the property. - The bathroom is an ensuite of the master bedroom. - A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Very tidy and clean air bnb for a comfortable stay and close to city centre."

Lovely and clean property and tasteful decor . Very comfortable beds and large bedrooms. Permit parking nearby worked very well for us.

Shared bathroom and no sink/kitchen. But there was a kettle, crockery, cutlery, microwave and mini fridge. It served us well for 2 nights.

Central location and very quiet. Little extras like coffee fudge etc. Separate living room and separate bedrooms. Nice bathroom

No kitchen, just a microwave. Steep stairs. Access to bathroom only via the other bedroom. But these weren't really problems..just slight inconvenience

"Lovely small house near to Canterbury centre."

The house is in a great location for visiting the town centre and attractions. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was nice to relax in the evening watching tv ( Netflix and all catch up channels provided) Easy to get in with door code and host arranged a parking permit for us. It was very hot when we stayed so the fan by the bed was very welcome.

A small sink in the living area would be good to save keep going upstairs to wash cups fill kettle etc in the bathroom sink.

"Lovely love Lane"

Close to centre but nice and quiet. Great space for a family,

Only annoyance (and it's small) was having to walk up to the bathroom to fill the kettle. Possibly more crockery for microwave use (microwave safe bowls etc.

The door code was super handy, not having to worry about a key was great. Location was absolutely perfect and the place was comfy and clean.

A bar sized fridge would have been great, there’s currently only a small table top “fridge” which is usually used for cosmetics.

"Very good"

Perfect location. The rooms are big. The house is clean.

Checkin at 4 and chech out at 10 is a bit excessif, especially that we needed to clean the dishes and take the trash out. No curtains so the room are quite bright in the morning.

The shower has a slow water flow. Bed linen are worn out.

"Lovely comfortable property"

The location was great and host was very attentive. Very comfortable bed.

Be warned that the bathroom is en-suite to one of the bedrooms, so you'd have to be comfortable with that if you're staying here
