- The house is split in two and the host lives in the converted rear of the property served by a separate entrance. - There are no cooking or laundry facilities in the property. - The bathroom is an ensuite of the master bedroom. - A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Was perfect for our visit to canterbury. Centrally located and comfortable sofas and beds. Bathroom quite roomy and adequate. The host, Olivier was very responsive to any clarifications and requests like heating adjustments, etc.

Great, central location. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Good quality and tasteful furnishing. Very friendly and helpful host! We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent city centre location, quiet neighbourhood. The main shopping/leisure facilities were an easy stroll away with pedestrian subways. Can recommend the 'Two Sawyers' pub just across the road for very good food and beer at reasonable prices (booking suggested)

Bathroom needs refurbishing. Couldn't tune TV for terrestrial channels (no instructions available). Unable to control heating as this was done by a 'third party' outside of our accommodation resulting in a cold bathroom at eight in the morning. The stairs to the bedrooms were steep and narrow which caused us no problems but could prove a problem to people with limited mobility.

Location

I didn't like having to go upstairs to wash the cups in the sink next to the toilet, whilst there was no kitchen mentioned in the property descriptions a toaster/microwave could be provided.
