Bri’ nylon bedding, grey colour, also grey towels!! I would prefer white cotton!! Small lamp didn’t work, so was unable to read!

Nicely presented house, clean, comfortable, quiet area, was a lovely gesture with the wine and peanuts and welcome note. Very close to the town centre. I paid for permit parking which was £9 a day arranged by host and was 30 seconds away.Overall a good stay.

The only thing I would say is there was no milk to have tea or coffee.Would be good to invest in some of those little milk pots hotels have. Wifi was a bit slow and kept playing up but that may have been due to 4 people using it on their phones all at once. Tv's in the bedrooms would have been good but not essential for some.

The location was excellent, the apartment very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It would have been useful to know that the bathroom was ensuite to one of the bedrooms but apart from that, it was like having a very private and flexible hotel apartment. Reasonably priced overnight parking (from 9pm-7.30) nearby was very useful. Phoebe's cafe(breakfast and morning coffee) was almost adjacent as was The Two Sawyers- an excellent place for an evening meal (kitchen closes at 8) really enjoyed staying here

a more accessible bathroom for both bedrooms would have been useful and although everything was beautifully presented, there was-as in any hotel room- the wherewithal to make a hot drink. Had anyone expected other kitchen facilities, they are not at this location. Not a problem when one knows this is the case as the accommodation is so delightful in every other aspect. Great and caring hosts too.....

Great location. Good for value of money.

Lacked a few facilities such as a proper kitchen with microwave and water point. It also didn't have an iron. It would have been great if it had these facilities

Location excellent. Apartment lovely, clean and comfortable. Host very accomodating. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Super central, fresh and clean - this is a great spot, with a gorgeous little pub just down the street. The cathedral and centre are a stone's throw away.

Was greeted with a bottle of wine an a jar of salted peanuts, thank you. The location is perfect, just on the edge of town, 5 minutes walk and you're in the town centre. There is a lovely traditional gin themed pub selling classic pub food and real ales literally yards away. At the other end of the street is a Chinese restaurant. There are many restaurants and take aways close by and if you're on a budget there's a Wetherspoons very close as well. What can I say,  Canterbury! Its beautiful, Kent's answer to York in my humble. The Cottage itself is clean and comfortable and they provide a good selection of teas and coffee. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The back part of the house downstairs is sectioned off with a door marked private, it might be where the owners live? If they do, they're very quiet. This is not a problem but it just means the house has no kitchen and there is no access to the back yard. In the main bedroom there is a tiny fridge and a microwave to compensate.

The location was excellent, very near to the city centre and St Augustine's Abbey is just around the corner.
