Exceptionally good location.... very close to the city centre and also the lovely Bishopthorpe Road area.

Two bathrooms were advertised. This was a selling pint as we were 5 ladies travelling together. It should say one bathroom, two toilets.

Good location. Cozy.

The stairs were difficult to use and carpet was lose near the top step. Outside loo had no hot water or a door lock. The property does not have two bathrooms as described . The deck needs a good clean as, when wet it became very slippery.

Superb location, very quiet and comfortable property, communicative host, bedding, towels etc all great

It could do with some attention - there was a broken lamp, broken blind, the seat in the downstairs toilet is a bit broken, there was no blind on the upstairs bedroom window, provision of kitchen items was poor - broken corkscrew, no colander, sieve, serving utensils etc.

The location was good..

The 2nd toilet was in the backyard and it was difficult to go in night.. Also there was no washing machine .

No toilet roll holder in either toilet Loose toilet seat in outside WC Flush handle not properly attached in outside WC Flush handle broken in bathroom. Courtyard full of weeds not been attended to in a while Store outside with washing machine full of empty bottles. Internal cupboard in lounge full of laundry. Car parking a joke. Lack of information prior to arrival as to what was provided Loose fitting carpets on stairs.
