Stunning views.Super clean loved the quirky decor.

The location was close to all the facilities of Mumbles and Swansea and an easy drive to the Gower. It was nice and clean, well decorated. The kitchen was nice and functional. The bathrooms are spacious.

The parking is up a narrow, unlit, poorly surfaced track- you need to take a pair of sturdy outdoor shoes in winter. And five parking spaces isn’t a reality. A spare bin liner would be a nice touch. The Road is quite busy, so the front bedroom does get some traffic noise.

Great location, great facilities.

Paid extra £20 for early check in but was not sent code for lockbox despite asking that morning. When I called to chase it up I was told I couldn’t have it until 4pm -so fact we’d paid extra on an already very expensive property was ignored.

Well where do I start. The house has been re- modernised to an excellent standard, especially changing the bedrooms to downstairs and the living area upstairs, giving you the great view of the bay. The house was very clean and decorated to a high standard catering for all your needs and requirements, the house had everything you needed for your stay, even a record player with some old 33's. The location was excellent walking distance from restaurants and shops. I did read some of the old reviews before we stayed, but I couldn't relate to some of the problems people was complaining about. Parking was easy we used the Quarry car park behind the property which cost us £5 for 24 hour stay, which was safe and plenty of availability. We would definitely recommend it to friends and more than likely stay again in the near future.

The front bedroom is prone to noise from the traffic on the main road, but that was to be expected and didn't cause a problem.

"On-site parking" was NOT 'on-site'. It is unacceptable to claim that the very poor, hard-to access, parking arrangement is 'on-site'. Wi-fi access was pretty much unusable. Customer service provided incorrect login details then just stopped responding to any messages. The rear outside area was strewn with rubbish and smelled so bad it was not possible to use the rear bedroom. Designed to look good rather than for practicality. Not child friendly (floating staircase) and too many tacky ornaments throughout.

Communication from the property owners could have been better. I'd received no details from them on arrival; I had no idea where the "on-site" parking was (there is none), and I didn't have the code for the key lock box. It was dark and raining when we arrived, and finding parking was stressful. When we finally got into the property, we had no Wi-Fi password, and I could not call again the following day. I was then told where to park - it turned out to be a neighbour's space, and they told me I needed to move my car again. All of the parking spaces to the rear of the property have signage like "resident parking only - no holiday lets" The owners will tell you to ignore these signs, but then you're left to battle it out with the neighbours. Not exactly what I want to spend my time doing when I've paid so much to have a 'relaxing' break. I'd just started an online appointment that was important for me to attend, and that entire scheduled call was disrupted because the neighbour needed the car moving right then. The washing machine caused a massive flood in the hall because it wasn't plumbed incorrectly. I then spent almost two hours cleaning this up because the owners didn't send anyone to sort it out despite me sending them a video of the flood. No one came the next day either. By the end of my two-night stay, I was tearful and very stressed, and the owners began to ignore me. They honestly couldn't have cared less. I booked the place to spend quality time with my teenager, who has just moved away to study. Instead, we had to deal with this nightmare. I contacted Booking.com regarding a refund, but the owners have ignored them, too. I don't know where to go from here. The property is lovely, but the owners' attitude lets the place down. It's unnecessary and an absolute shame. I would suggest you look elsewhere for your stay and avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing decor. Well kitted out. good size rooms and bathrooms all round. The main living area is upstairs with great views of the bay. Some interesting and unique furniture

I think the cleaning fee is a little excessive. I'm never that messy. I also think the window between check in and check out is too long. 10am to 4pm could be 11am to 3pm, inline with most other properties. The WIFI didn't really work and certainly does not reach the TV. We weren't there to watch TV but it's nice to chill occasionally between going out. You can get WIFI in the garden which makes me think the WIFI is coming from next door and uses an WIFI extender in the property. It's this part that needs re-synced.
