Waterside Cottage - Hot Tub, Mooring, Arcade, Bar

The position just on the edge of the river was incredible. It was warm, clean and very well equipped.

Absolutely nothing!!

Lovely quiet location with excellent facilities. The hot tub made it, and we played pool more times than we could count! The arcade machine was a really good touch as well.

It was lovely and remote, but we didn't catch many fish as I think it was a bit too much of a quiet part of the river. We did get covered in mosquito bites which was annoying - would bring repellent spray next time.

The house, rooms and facilities avaliable, equipment was excellent, neighbours were nice talked about area and wildlife also fishing.

Two double beds where linked beds which coursed lump in middle of bed.

Loved the space in the house and the games room and the hot tub. The mooring at the bottom of the garden was great fun to moor our rented day boat up each evening. The garden was lovely with bbq.

House was so welcoming and comfortable. Host was extremely helpful .

Mosquitos , due to warmer weather and being near the water we had a few. Not something that can be helped though.

Waterside is one of the cleanest and well equipped properties I have had the pleasure of staying in. Over the years, we have probably stayed in at least 25 holiday cottages/villas/gîtes so I do have some experience in this area 😁
