2 bed Solihull near NEC Airport, JLR, Resort Wrld

Facilities were great, and was provided with plenty of tea bags which is great! Everything was clean and tidy and everything we needed was provided. Thankyou

I couldn't get the TV to work correctly, couldn't get any channels working and none of the smart TV apps seemed to work. A bit disappointing but more of a constructive criticism for the next people that stay really

Clean. Ideal for family overnight stay

Minor amenities like sugar and tea bags would have been a nice touch. We received a last minute message about us needing to bring our own towels. I realised why when we got there and used the shower. The offspray of the shower to the window was uncontrolled. The entire window and sill could not be protected. So the towels must have been used to wipe up the bathroom before we arrived. We had to do the same.

Comfortable sized bedrooms

Difficult to find. What 3 words is required. Limited parking.

Exactly like the pictures, everything was clean. Beds were super comfortable, sofa extremely comfortable and everything you would need for your stay

The apartment was very clean and fresh. The bed comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need. The apartment itself was also quiet. The location was in a quiet residential street with ample street parking in the area. It's about a 5 minute drive to the town centre, and during rush hour I was able to reach where I was working on the oposite side of town in 15 minutes.

4G wifi, works fine but fibre would be better. A small niggle.
