No breakfast,didn't know that could've been applicable.Not a bad set up but not well contolled

Dishes in the kitchen was found dirty in the cupboards... Not hot water only after we checked the DB board to see that the geyser is not on. DSTV not working Wifi password also not working,,

Location was great and safe. The pool area was adequate. Easy to access and to obtain a key to the unit.

Beds were not comfortable, especially the bottom bunk bed that was hollow and not usable. Bathroom was so basic without mats to step on when exiting the shower. The neighbours were so noisy that we could not get any sleep - they played loud music until 3/4am - quite uncomfortable, especially for a family visit.

I canceled the accommodation upon arrival. The unit 27 was filthy and stuffy , showroom nit in good condition for usage ...I did not occupy the unit ....I had to seek alternative accommodation which I had to pay separately....I need to be refunded for the payment which was deducted from my account . THE OWNER OF THE UNIT 27 WAS VERY INCOOPORATIVE AND Not interested to engage .Very bad treatment.
