The Unit was lovely and clean. However we had a bad experience with the Letting agency when hiring a golf cart. The cart was left at the unit when we picked it up to drive it we noticed the golf bag holder was scrapping on the ground badly the gears were problematic and reverse kept jumping out of gear. We drove up the driveway which was quite steep the gear jumped out and stalled the cart at the same time my friend (all girl group) fell out. We reported immediately that they needed to swop of check. We left the keys at the unit and carried on our touring around. The cart was only checked late in the evening by two men in the dark as it was laod shedding they drive the cart and agreed with all the points. Later that evening i received a call saying they would cancel and credit or we keep. I mentioned i would discuss with my friends as they were not in at present. At 10pm once they returned i messaged back saying we agreed to return the cart. The next day they disputed that cancellation till i finally sent all the communications. On the 13th we checked out and then i wait 7 days for the return. Only part of the agreed money was refunded on the 26th of August after much prompting and questioning. Very disappointing 😞 very devious behaviour.

Modern and well maintained villa

Bathrooms were nice. Apartment was cosy.

Unit wasnt cleaned properly. Bath towels were not changed reguarly. Dishcloths were never changed. Felt the cleaning service was not up to scratch.

The bed in the main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and Domestic help was not easy to find. There is a general issue with the availability of water the in South Coast region, however the Unit we stayed at had adequate water stored and there was a common area where residents could top up water if needed.
