The peace n quiet

Non off the door could lock easily. Everg door was a hassle

San lameer was disappointing especially. Lagoon spa staff were extremely rude and did not want to accommodate us. We are on holiday, nobody wants to make an appointments and stick to schedules. It's a holiday. We will not return to San lameer.

The villa 2001 was run down. The villa requires maintenance on the cupboards, couch and the beds were uncomfortable. The cleaner literally pushed us out on the day of check out. We told her we check out at 11am. She began cleaning the villa at 10am whilst we were still packing to leave. She was rude and and did not give us space.

My family and I enjoyed the facilities

The room that we occupied didn't have comfortable single beds. The kettle was in a bad condition and couldn't be utilized . The patio door did not lock.

The location of the Villa was conveniently near the San Lameer hotel.

The host could have been more accommodating. The villa had differences in appearance to what was advertised. The place was cleaned, however most of the linen had a damp smell to them which was uncomfortable. The stove plates were rusted and could use some tlc and the general up keep of the villa could use some maintenance.

It was vey clean and beautiful

San Lameer is a very well kept estate with lots to do. The location of the unit was a stone throw away from the hotel, restaurant and pool. We found the unit to be clean and neat.

A couple of things could be improved: - Couch needs to be repaired/replaced - Having a full toilet roll with a spare - Stocking a couple of cereal bowls

The sofa was broken, the house was dirty, and the beds were not comfortable
