San Lameer Villa 2001 by Top Destinations Rentals

The location is on point a beautiful place , security is on top and the house is okay.

The furniture is old mostly the couch but everything else is okay.

San Lameer Villa was amazing, the facilities world class

The cleanliness of the unit was a huge concern. Upon arrival, I contacted reception to request clean bedding, but they were unable to assist since it was a privately owned unit. Unfortunately, the unit had a damp, moldy smell, and the bedding had bad stains on it and was not cleaned or washed.

The location and surroundings were amazing. Convenience shop just next door and very short walk to the pool area and restaurant, the beach was a short drive and easy access. The apartment had everything we needed for self catering. Very kid friendly.

The apartment was quite dated and needed some touch ups.

It was very close to the Hotel, restaurant, pool and Leisure Desk. Location is perfect

The couch/Sofa needs to replaced with something more stable and a lot more comfortable. There was also a damp smell whenever we came back for a long day out.

Loved that the villa had WiFi and Netflix and Aircon.

There were people fixing an apartment upstairs and starting banging 9 in the morning already until 4. Had to leave apartment during this time.

2 glasses were broken and I had admitted to pay for them. But they ripped me off by making me pay R200 just for 2 broken glasses, when I asked for an invoice which would show that there was transparency with regards to the glasses costing R200, I was ignored.

It was close to the pool.

The villa wasn't clean, used toilet roll left. No spare. Couches hard and was missing some of the basic stuff. Had only 1 cereal bowl..shower head kept falling off the hook.

Setting, beds were very comfortable and amenities are excellent.

Sofa not the most comfortable but that is a personal opinion. Others may say they are fine.

The Scenery. Seeing wild life(deers) as close as our doorstep. Entertainment facilities in close proximity.

Being bitten by bedbugs. Seeing cockroaches and ants a day or two until reported.
