GBThis is the best equipted cabin you could wish for. It was so peaceful. There are lots of lovely walks nearby. The host was so obliging , nothing was too much trouble. The little treats left for our arrival were such a lovely touch.

GBWas very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, which was really great for such a petite cabin and there were lots of little touches which were really appreciated such as eggs and Tunnocks tea cakes (an absolute favourite of mine). The location is great, from the setting of the cabin being beautiful and the ease of getting to some stunning scenery

BEGBThe location is stunning for scenery; the cabin has a very large garden with lots of birds. We had a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Red Squirrel on the bird feeder outside the kitchen. Location is perfect for exploring the Trossachs National Park (inc. Loch Lomond) and the road up to Fort William is amazing. We also took the train into Glasgow from Stirling (about 45 minutes drive away). We also met the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.
We had an issue with the wifi on the first night but this was quickly resolved by the hosts the next day. Be aware that cell phone coverage may be poor around the village (check your provider's coverage: we had a problem with O2 but EE is apparently OK). Small village shop means you might need to travel to Callender (9 miles away) for provisions. Two things we missed: a freezer (or freezer compartment in the fridge) and a shower (bath only). But the location and stunning scenery and wildlife more than made up for any downsides.
GBPine cottage is a little gem, beautiful homely cottage. Has everything you need and more to have a perfect vacation. Location is perfect,owners are lovely Locals very welcoming. View are stunning and some lovely walks to be had.
