It’s a complete package. Everything that is described in the unit is true. Water and WiFi is strong. TV has good resolution with Netflix. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. There’s complimentary 5 gal drinking water. Toiletries complete ( towels, soap, shampoo).

Parking is not free.

I like the location, the security and the staff who are helpful.

I didn't like the elevator. It smells bad. The beddings and cleanliness is fair.

The location is within driving distance to the airport. This is a secure condo.

Traffic is terrible to access this location. There's a 700 Peso for each person who visits you weather it's for one (1) minute or overnight. Not good if you're conducting business or have relatives and friends who wants to visit you. I ended up leaving a day earlier because of this visitation policy. This condo is also too small and smelled like rotten fish. I have to buy air freshener. Perhaps the last guess cooked fish. The security guard wanted me to give him money for showing me where to park. I refused. I actually was going to tip him until he demanded it. I not blaming the host for my experience. This condo just doesn't meet my needs and the host isn't at fault.
