PHeverything was great the moment we stepped in. it was clean and tidy. the landlord is very accommodating in chats and replies immediately
the ipissss huhu what's scary about the cockroaches is that they're so small and they're everywhere. another thing is the television like everytime we open it to watch something it or connect our laptops for casting it suddenly shuts down and also, its not that i hate it but i was hoping that the bathroom on the loft or upper floor have like where you can hang the towel inside while showering.
PHIt is near the metro, just opposite actually and near shopping malls. There is also security so no one jist comes and goes into the bldg.
There was no window and it felt claustraphobic. The elevators are quite slow.
