Location is perfect. Central and walking distance to all places within 5 -20 minutes. Very quiet. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

Can improve on facilities such as better shower head, shower curtain and quieter fans.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment in central location. Ideal for a group of travellers as there is comfortable living room and outdoor patio with lovely plants and a graffiti. Very good kitchen, although we did not use as food is oaxaca is delicious. The owner is sweet and accommodating. We enjoyed staying in a local property and overall we were happy with this choice.

An advice for guests, there is no aircon in the apartment. We were ok as we are used to the heat, but good to know for others. Good cooling fans are provided. Also, me being picky, I saw hair down the drains of the sink and the shower, as well as light stains on the bed cover, which made me uncomfortable with the cleaning. Although unimportant if you are young travellers. In the evening, the patio had an odd smell of dust.

The owner & host are great. You can tell that they take personal care in the apartment. It’s in a wonderful location easy to access many good restaurants and the pedestrian walkway to the Zocalo or up to the Santa Domingo church. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. And we really appreciated the good lighting after staying in many dim apartments.

This is old town, Oaxaca. Things operate a bit differently. Water has to be delivered and trash picked up so there can be a few kinks along the way, but be patient it’s worth it. For what it’s worth the mattress is very firm, which is not my preference.

The location of this property was perfect! Within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops, markets, squares, etc...we walked everywhere and felt very safe at all hours. Loved the courtyard patio. We did not cook, but it looked like it had all that would be needed. Toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, bottled water, and toiletries were stocked for the full week we were there. Internet was great. Fans were provided in each room. We would absolutely stay here again!

One shower towel per person is provided, and one hand towel in the bathroom. I personally would have liked a couple more towels (we stayed 6 days), but definitely not a deal breaker...just information only.

A great apartment in a perfect location just minutes walk from the buzzing centre. Lupita and her daughter were very responsive and made us feel very welcome.

The water pressure was a problem to start with but they opened up the other roof tank and it was ok.

The location of this apartment couldn't have been better. It was in Centro, but enough off the main streets that it felt like a quiet escape. The space itself is lovely and the private courtyard is wonderful.

A hand towel in the bathroom would have been nice, but we bought fabric napkins and just used one of those so it wasn't a huge deal.
