Excellent accommodation and in a really good location.

The bed was comfy but a little on the soft side.....

The location was good.

The second sleeping area wasn’t up to standard. Ill fitting sheets made for an uncomfortable sleep. There wasn’t enough towels for four guests. The seating/communal area was disappointing for downtime.

Centrally located in city to shopping malls etc. Location is next to Shudehill Interchange. If taking long distance buses , this is perfect. Clean and easily sleeps 4. Has a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom has good hot water and apartment has good heating system in winter. Owner will promptly respond to any enquiries.

Left luggage facilities not available but you can leave them at the storage facilities at the bus interchange for £6 per bag

Location

Small, bit scruffy, no cafetiere despite picture suggesting one. Very dirty windows. No sofa or really any lounge area as sofa bed took up that room. No lamps other than in bedroom at side of bed so only had big overhead lights to put on in the evening. Pictures didn't really match what it actually looked like.

The location is amazing, less than 5 min walk to Victoria station, on the edge of the northern quarter and accessible to most of the city. The apartment felt safe and has everything you need for a short or long stay - the bed was very comfortable as well

Please be aware that when I stayed, 2 of the windows were broken and could not be closed meaning that it lets in a draft and road noise. This wasn’t too much of an issue as I stayed at the end of summer but once it gets to the autumn/winter months it will be very cold so this should be resolved asap
