1 Bed Shudehill Flat Sleeps 4 City centre

The location was good and it was well equipped for our overnight stay.

There were some issues. The secure parking advertised was not available. The car park was open and unlocked and our permit box was empty. The reason for this has never been explained and I was forced to contact the emergency team for help as no one was picking up my calls at 5 pm (despite working hours being until 5.30 pm). We luckily managed to find on street parking nearby but that really was lucky in a busy city. I also asked for advice prior to our arrival on alternative parking for the day of departure as we wished to spend the day in the city. I was simply advised that it wasn’t possible to park in our designated car parking space after check out. The window was open on arrival and we had great difficulty closing it, which took some force. In addition the sofa bed mattress was badly stained and the cooker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Very nice place in a great location. Hosts were very professional and provided extremely good house instructions/communication. Bed was comfortable and heating was warm. Netflix provided was a nice touch.

I give ten stars but I think there's room for improvement in provision of more consumables/equipment. For example, our stay was ten nights but we were only given a few rolls of tp, there was no shower gel and only one set of towels. There is a washer/dryer but no soap provided and the machine literally takes hours to wash and dry a towel set. After hopping off 33 hours of flights to get there I really wanted to have a nice shower but had to go shopping for shower gel before I could. There were only two large plates in the kitchen and no bottle opener. Just mentioning these things as constructive feedback and for future guests to be aware of, not because it's a deal breaker. I've already giving ten stars but just feel like it could be made a little more comforting/welcoming for guests if there was more of this stuff as you'd expect from hotel competition. All in all it's a great place and fairly well equipped. I run am Airbnb in Australia myself and my guests are always happy to pay a few extra $ if it means they have enough consumables available for the length of their stay.

The location was perfect, situated at the heart of the city center. Tonnes of restaurants and shopping shops. Easy access to public transport. The house is cozy and you will have everything you need.

The blanket of the sofabed seems dusty, but overall is okay.

Secure parking included in the price but on arrival the secure parking wasnt available and was occupied by building equipment. Ive sent multiple messages asking for this to be discussed and 2weeks later still waiting for a reply! Apartment booked for 4people but only 2 bowls available so we were unable to eat breakfast at the same time and only 3 dinner plates available so couldnt sit down for an evening meal together either. A few issues which could have been resolved if communication was 2 way!

I loved the facilities, easy and smart parking, very safe, and very comfortable. Would love to come back
