1 Bed Shudehill Flat Sleeps 4 City centre

It is a very nice place, close to the centre and the staff is amazing.

It was very cold when we arrived (11 degrees), as the windows were open. It took us 4/5 hours to warm the place up.

Good location, accessible to all of town. Sofa bed in lounge can split into 2 singles. Spare duvets and pillows provided which is good for groups. Good check in instructions. Big smart TV with apps YouTube Spotify etc for playing music whilst getting ready in a morning. Very clean apartment

Only reason rated 9/10 rather than 10 was being no bottle opener or kitchen knife - cutting a lime with a butter knife was a task and had to go find a bottle opener from a shop, but other than being petty there great stay can’t fault

The property has everything what's advertised. The location is good in a walkable distance to the city centre and amenities (great breakfast in Cafe North). The host is super nice. All the instructions were given on advance, so we were not left stranded.

It was a bit of a hassle to deal with all these lockboxes to get the keys. Not the tidiest place, the building is quite old with a specific smell. It seemed like the floors in the flat were not mopped for a while (I guess it's cultural difference). Besides, the bedsheets didn't feel fresh, and we found someone's hair in a towel. Not the biggest deal, but TV remote was dead. The location is quite central and on a busy road, so could be noisy at times. Beware, it's pet-friendly property, but their pet deposit is kinda hidden fee of 50 GBP (which is rip-off).

I liked the most the design and the location in map near everything I wanted to visit. I liked also the kitchen full of everything we needed. Btw I also appreciated the dryer, wich was simple and useful.

Excellent location, cafes all around, and even a late night ice cream parlour next door!. 5 mins walk to Arndale Centre and to Northern Quarter. Clean and well presented apartment. Parking about 6 min walk away, but easy to find and car in a safe lockup.

Nothing for us. Only comment is that sofa bed was fine for 1 person, but it is not a double so would not recommend 4 people staying (3 was fine).

Great apartment and very centrally located. Instructions send before hand were very clear and easy to follow. Having a parking space was very convenient!

We stayed with 4 people and the sofa bed is small for 2 adults, we made it work but I would definitely say it's a push for 2. (we were also missing some cutlery for 4 guests) The road is fairly loud on the weekends so I recommend brining ear plugs if you like sleeping with the windows open, as we stayed in a weekend this was to be expected and not a problem for us.

A stylishly modern one bedroom apartment with a comfortable sofa bed in the living space. The apartment is well designed, allowing privacy for those sleeping in the living space as there are two doors from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bath and shower. Very clean and conveniently situated in the Norther Quarter.

The parking space is situated quite a distance from the apartment but is very secure and included in the price. There is no Welcome Manual explaining where things are kept or how things work. The duvet was very heavy for the summer months.
