The location and the beach

The bedding had a damp smell as if it had dried slowly. The stair well was not swept and had cigarette stompies and other rubbish accumulated there and the basin in the bathroom would not drain. The shutter in the main room needs attention..... Just things that need attention to get top marks

The sewerage smell from the kitchen waist pipe and the block drain on the bathroom basin.
