Treebo South Avenue, 700 Mts From Promenade Beach

This is my second time coming here. I really liked it. Rooms are very nice and clean. I really like that it is very close to everywhere from here. The railway station, beach, shops are all nearby. What more could you want? Likewise, whenever we ask for anything, they immediately do what we need. The staff is very respectful and kind. Especially since I asked for a room early in the morning. Similarly, they had my room ready for me at the time I asked. It is very happy. I didn't have to wait that long at the reception either. The reservation was done easily and I got the room immediately. Thanks for the staff and team ❤️. I requested that I have the same room as the last time I went, as I had requested. I was very happy that they prepared the same room for me... Once again thank u Team.

1) Room facilities are good. Opted for room with 2 double beds as we were a familly of 4. Room had a sofa area which was good. 2) Complimentary breakfast was also decent which included bread toast + jam+, butter, idly+sambar +2 types chutney, live dosa counter, omelette, fruit juice, tea, coffee, upma, fruits etc.

1) Location is near to major tourist spots but hotel is located in a dirty market like area with small shopkeepers on roadside, lot of beggars also sleeping on roadside. 2) Parking is 1 km away so every time we want to go out or come in we have to take help of staff to drop us in their scooter to go to parking area. For temporary basis also very difficult to get parking in front of hotel as it's railway taxi stand nearby. Drainage water flowing in front and also many guys, drivers etc were hanging around the area so found a bit difficult for families. 3) Reception lady is not at all customer friendly. Regarding booking count issue i asked her and she is telling i dont know ma'am we are just south Avenue staff you call directly to treebo and talk and gave a number which nobody ever picked. Was not at all bothered to help in any manner.

I am recently stayed at the "TREEBO south avenue" on 19oct 20 oct 2025. My overall experience was good. My room was very spacious, neet and comfortable, especially the room have a seperate sitting area with Sofa And they also provides free breakfast. It was nice

Car parking was difficult becuse it was a busy area, and nobody helps me to take my baggage to room

The location and easy access to beach 700 mts only. The lady receptionist was very soft spoken.

The rooms were not so clean as shown in picture. The windows didn't locked and door latch was broken. TV didn''t work at all. Food was good but compared to cost and qty it was not worth. The free breakfast has very limited option.

I liked nothing in the hotel. In fact, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the room, cleanliness etc.

Room condition, cleanliness, and hygiene of the food served was highly disappointing.

It's opp to railway station and very spacious. Kids enjoying during our stay

Stayed with family and 2 kids. They have charged additional 400 rupees for 1 kid. Also no proper car parking. They didn't keep shampoo and soap. They said only need basis they provide. If we ask extra then I understand it's need basis. Dont opt for Breakfast its waste. Better have it outside and you get lot of varieties.
