Cleaning is not good ... Bathroom is very bad cleaning... .... The stay was little better.. Staff attitude is 😊😊👍🏻

Apart from the location, there is nothing to like .

Where do I start, we were allocated a particular room and when we entered it smelt so bad , if we had stayed there for another 30 mins we might have fainted . They claimed it to be the room fresher. It smelt more like if a pesticide had been sprayed . 2. Enter the bathroom and a cockroach runs through and hides in a crevice . 3. The towels were stained and for 2 ppl they had given only 1 towel. 4. The sheets were so bad it felt like ppl before us sat on the bed and ate their food and all those stains were evident and rugs not washed . We complained and we were moved to another room and it was a similar experience minus the smell . The rugs and towels were stained , the bathroom door frame was being targeted by termites and had dust in the bathroom because of that. Since I had paid the full amount, I dint want to move out of that place , else we would have moved out and shifted to another hotel. At the end of the day when we had to go back to the room , that was the only time we felt like running away .

staff was polite

rooms were not clean. there were mosquitos. The washroom shower handle was broken. and breakfast was like hostel food.

Good help from reception. BF was excellent. Any clarification sought was immediately addressed. The lady receptionist, specifically, deserve a bouquet.

Waiting for towels after checking in atound 3 pm.. TV only a few channels were working. No English news TV remote is frustrating Adequate parking spaceay be addressed.

Breakfast was good. We expected more about the breakfast. Staff near the breakfast are really good. Lady receptionist and a person near breakfast both were helpful.

1. They didn't provide us with the fresh towels on daily basis. We were here for 4 days, they changed the towels on 3rd day, only after particularly asking them to change. Same goes with the cups and glasses provided in the room. 2. One very important thing, lighting of the room is very bad. Please change those. Warm lights are fine but it's difficult to manage with those lights. Light coverage through out the room was very poor. 3. Last please change the bedsheet, blanket and pillow covers, they didn't smell and look good, very bad experience with that.
