Not much to say actually

We had to ask for everything. Water to be asked. The receptionist were so rude. They made faces all along as if they don't want to work. The restaurant manager and workers were impolite. The good variety in breakfast was less.

It was a homely atmosphere..food was very good..the staff were courteous and friendly...

Many things in the rooms have to be repaired/ replaced..our bus reached puducherry at 5am..and we reached by 5:15 to the hotel after that we were just sitting in the lobby upto 11.30. it was very tiresome..for us ..u need to make some arrangement for that period so that the guests can settle down comfortably..the frontage of the hotel needs to be spruced up..lot of mosquito are present...

Lot of bed buds . Neat to clean bed and towel provided was very old one. Food was horrible.

The room was spacious

The facilities were nowhere near the price charged. The room linen had stains everywhere, the shower area was too small and head/hand shower had no hot water. The chairs in the room were not clean either. The corridors were not cleaned regularly and were stinking. The restaurant was substandard and was not hygenic. The cups/glasses were not clean, I found cockaroaches in the plate too which is pathetic.

The room is full of mosquitoes
