GBWas close to most things but there was building work going on, so access and opening windows were poor.
Works outside made it poor to stay, doors really hard to open, room smelt damp, steep stairs, hallways really poor quality IE damp and unfinished, poor amount of hangers and hanging space.

IEThe apartment is in a fabulous location, 2 minutes from the bus and train station and in the centre of town. It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very quiet. Self check ln was very easy. Our host left cookies and mill, which was very much appreciated.
NOGBThe flat was a nice size, also the kitchenette. The coffee & provision of capsules was lovely. The flat is conveniently near to the train station, a real boon as we came by train, and near to shops.
Finding the property was tricky as the number over the door wasn't what we were given, and we needed guidance by phone for finding it as well as getting the key codes. Not very important, but there is one painting in the lounge that we found unpleasant!

USA 2-minute-walk from the Penzance Railway Station; it couldn't have been easier to get to. VERY close to the harbor front and local transportation as well as good restaurants.
Using the entrance door was a challenge though we eventually figured it out.
AUThis apartment was in a great location near the harbour and car park, cafes, pubs, supermarkets and a laundromat. It was clean and comfortable.
The kitchen had only very basic equipment and no microwave (as 'advertised') so limited options for preparing meals.
