Where would you like me to start? From the moment we walked through the door off the street the place smelt damp and musty. The apartment was scruffy and in major need of refurbishment. No wardrobe (just a hanging rack in the hall), a tiny three drawer cabinet was all we had to store our clothes, crockery and furniture was all mismatched, bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied after previous occupants.
