"Celebrating in Shrimp Cottage"

We had the most incredible weekend in Shrimp Cottage celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hosts were so fantastic with the communication before and during the stay. The cottage was perfect and so well presented. The location was perfect to be able to park on the Friday and then explore Brixham for the weekend. The weather was one of the hottest we have had this year and felt like we were abroad. The local airshow was an added bonus.

There was nothing other than that we didnt have the time to stay longer.

The most beautiful stay, the cottage was fully stocked and so perfectly presented. Really made us feel home from home as soon as we arrived. The location was excellent and the hosts were so accommodating. We will definitely be back 😍

"Not as good as I hoped it would be"

Location was fabulous

Didn’t like the stairs going to the toilet in the middle of the night was not ideal but that’s the nature of the cottage

"Beautiful little cottage"

Everything about this little cottage is fabulous. The owners have thought about everything you need and you don't need anything but clothes! It's such a pretty little cottage and well thought out. There was good communication every step of the way including the "yale" lock key app. It was our anniversary and the owners were so kind to offer us an earlier check in and a later checkout even leaving us little treats to enjoy. The bed was also very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. Throughly enjoyed our weekend away.

We are 64 and 55 and even thou it's mentioned in the details there is a very steep spiral staircase which is over 3 floors. It didn't ruin our vacation but gave us a good workout!! Carrying up 2 cups of tea to bed in the mornings was not easy 😂
