Private House Mins to Maymont Park Walking Trails and VCU

The neighborhood is lovely, very quiet, and within easy walking distance of so much!

There wasn’t really anything to dislike.

Every thing was good except having one and half bathrooms.

It was cool and fine

Great location close to everywhere we needed to go.

Access was simple and straightforward, house was beautifully updated, spacious, clean and quiet. The back yard was pleasant and good sized. Neighborhood was quiet and homey. The upstairs bedroom is a kid's paradise! It was a real treat to relax here after a long road trip.

Not much within walking distance (grocery, coffee, restaurants, etc.) however, everything we wanted was a short drive away and the Maymont house and gardens were just a few blocks down the street.

Responded promptly to all communications Allowed us to check in early

Some small items need fixing, light, door, but they said they would do that

I liked that house felt like home. I was able to cook a meal for my family and relax around the dining table. I also felt safe!

The only issue was the bathroom set up. The water pressure wasnt great. Entry into tye main bathroom was through two bedrooms. It caused some inconvenience.

It's quiet and comfy for the family. Also, It's located around a 10 to 15-minute drive from the downtown and historical landmarks.

The house was beautiful and so comfortable

They are very considerate details such as night lights.

We were looking for a lid to cover the boil pot.
