"Superb"

Great location being close to shops, restaurants, cafes and beach. Lovely comfortable apartment, spacious and with all needed amenities. Nicely decorated. Good information folder.

Could do with painting stairway up to apartment, not so appealing. Would also benefit from an outdoor area.

"Broughty ferry is lovely but this flat certainly wasn’t lovely!"

It was in central location

Entrance, steps very dirty & passed rubbish dumped on way in! General condition of flat was very tired and didn’t feel clean, cobwebs, filthy oven & dirty dishes! Dead plants, stains on carpets. Also lounge wasn’t big enough for dining table and seating! No mirrors in bedrooms!

"Fabulous stay in this lovely apartment."

Fabulous, good sized apartment. Very comfortable. Beautifully presented and maintained. Incredible views over the Tay. All local facilities right on the doorstep.

The bathroom / toilet needs a little updating, which we understand will be done shortly. This is far outweighed by all of the positives and once done would make this an eleven out of ten!!
