Confort para 6 desde Tirso de Molina E1

Excelente ubicacion para ir caminando e ir a sitios distintos de Madrid. No hemos podido disfrutar bastante del apartamento porque solo era una noche pero bastante bien con todo lo que uno necesita. El anfitrión amable y responde rápido.

[ ] Mucho ruido y fiestas en la calle. No esta nada insonorizado. Puertas de terraza antiguas y sin persianas [ ] La tele no funciona [ ] No tiene botiquín, requisito indispensable para Apartamentos turísticos [ ] Esta un poquito sucio [ ] Siendo un apartamento para 6, el termo eléctrico sólo permite 3 duchas y se tiene que reiniciar [ ] Además. Gotea agua del techo a la altura del lavabo y te moja todo [ ] Comunicación nula a través de WhatsApp en ninguno de los teléfonos facilitados [ ] Faltan toallas [ ] Nada en la cocina

Localização. Orientação para check-in. Limpeza. Roupas de cama e banhos bem cheirosas. Máquina de lavar. Arejado e bem iluminado. Ar condicionado em todos os ambientes. Rápido atendimento para abastecer dispensadores de sabonetes líquidos que estavam todos vazios.

(1) TV não funcionou. O suporte recebido no dia que chegamos (num sábado) não resolveu. Em contato com a equipe, só poderíam enviar equipe de manutenção na segunda-feira. Ficamos 2 diárias sem a comodidade da TV. Não conseguimos negociar desconto/reembolso parcial do valor das diárias que tinham sido contratatdas com TV. (2) faltou edredon/coberta para 1 dos hóspedes.; (3) sentimos falta de pano para secar louça (4) sentimos falta de pano de chão nos banhos

Location,cleanliness and facilities of the apartment were absolutely perfect.

The key safe failed on our 2nd day and despite numerous attempts on each of the 3 supplied emergency numbers, the communication was initially non-existent and at best, when the host replied, very sporadic. This was very stressful as I was unable to access important medication inside the apartment. We were left outside the apartment for 3 hours before help arrived. This was far from acceptable. Had this been after returning from dinner we could have been locked out all night. The porter in the building told us this happens on a regular basis with families left outside for anything between 6 and 12 hours. Whilst I totally accept that these things happen, the lack of communication and urgency in resolving the issue is, in my opinion, totally unacceptable.

It was lovely though a bit noisy and we could have done with some more washing up detergent and a dust pan , also the drains needed to be unblocked in the showers as the stalls filled up with water quickly and did not empty quickly. I was happy with the stay but these things being rectified would change a good stay to a great stay

The location is super duper good. The apartment is big, clean and comfortable.

No garbage bags provided.

Convenient to metro train taxis. Restaurants were close and also the grocery store. Safe area for walking to attractions. Clean, cozy and safe.
