The apartment is near those attractions. Water heater is good. Owner also put notice on door to inform on wifi connection and notice to let us know water is potable direct from tap.
Those nightlife below apartment is noisy at night and the bunk beds give off sound.

Very spacious, and bright apartment. We were 5 people and it met our needs. The location is superb, and the entry feels very secure. It exceeded our expectations. However, we only spent one night and didn't need much other than a clean apartment, comfy beds and a good shower in a nice location. It ticked all the boxes.
Would have been nice to have coffee pods.
