GBBeautiful views over the forest, and a comfortable balcony to sit and look at them. Comfortable bed, and shower with good water pressure.
No proper curtains on the bedroom, which meant that street lighting shone through at night in the front bedroom. Seems like something that would be easy to fix. Bathroom and other areas looking a bit run-down, although generally clean.

GBThe view from the balcony was lovely. The location is very good. Parking was free and there is a security gate to access. The apartment is spacious.
The apartment was furnished to a very basic standard. The sofa was almost too hard to sit on. There was no storage space, nowhere to hang clothes and the only wardrobe was locked. The bathroom in the main bedroom had been treated with a chemical that left such a strong smell that we were unable to sleep in the main bedroom and had to use the twin single beds in room two. The beds were hard and the bedding had strange stains and stank of the chemical from the bathroom. There was only one electric socket in each bedroom. There were only see through net curtains in the bedroom. There were no proper cooking facilities just a very dodgy looking calor gas ring which we did not trust to use. We had been in Malaysia for a week and wanted to wash our clothes but despite it being listed on the details there was no washing machine.
MYThe minute I entered till check out, the unit smell sardines. Maybe previous guests did some cooking without proper ventilation. The smell sticks.

USIt was a good location
1. The property manager was unable to converse in English. Was very unresponsive to text messages. 2. The rooms had a stale smell. A single bed was soaking wet. The room and the attached bathroom had a moldy smell. The pillows and comforters had an unpleasant smell, like it was not washed. 3. Some lights were not working and the TV couldn’t connect to WiFi 4. Very poor kitchenware. The pan had crusty foods that was not washed 5. No hand soaps or bath soap or shower gel which are very inexpensive items to be provided.
