we brought supplies an we cooked all the way all meals comfortably. any shortages can easily get frm the 2 grocery shops there. perhaps utensils can upgrade a bit like proper wok n stirer for frying noodles, rice etc n extra stove wud do good also. water filter is fantastic though a bit slow flow. the lift service was indeed a life saver coz we brought alot of stuffs and luggage(big fmly) n senior citizens so, no trouble with our knees. water heater functioned well n accommodating the cold weather. Spaciuos house for us to do our fmly activities indoor as well. we're happy with the majestic view of sunset n sunrise even though frm level 1 only. The surroundings are very quite , clean n relaxing as we came right after the schools holidays end

single stove. was told there'd be another portable stove but none. so, have to take longger time to prepare meals. the 2nd room has a rather damp smell, like a damp surface, need some air freshner to counter. luckily we brought our car spray no extra blanket as all attached to beds....sometimes staying out at balcony/ open hall is just freezing

Apartment boasts a breath-taking mountain view. A great place to relax with the family, with many sight seeing opportunities for nature lovers.

Interiors: 1. Sofa was uncomfortable. 2. Cupboard (wardrobe was locked!) We can't organise our clothes.Amenities were incomplete - no bathing soap, slow water pressure from tap etc. Towels were not fresh and cushion also were worn out. Kitchen sinks need drainer/strainer to collect rubbish. No dishcloth or tea towel for kitchen area. Need proper drinking glasses. 3. Landscaping needs to be improved or better maintained. Building, structure, painting are also rundown and generally outdated. 4. Transport is tricky as we should have in place a regular shuttle van service from Fraser to KKB, at least. 5. Key collection at the security guard can be replaced with automatic key system at the apartment lobby or reception area.

Overall the stay was comfartable, plenty of parking Cozy apartment the bed provided enough for 6 of us two room as advertise toaster and kettle were provided also with stove and gas the toilet were also okay the fridge also provided lift were provided near to foodcourt (but) walking distance maybe sweat (10-15 min walking downhill)

the utensil were not enough (fork and spoon) , but we already bought ourself so no issue bowls and plates hope can add more if you can provided more soap (body shower)- the towel too short, hope can provide better one sofa is not suitable, hope you can change
