Central Haven - Walk to Train Station, Beach & City Center

The studio apartment has everything you need! It is well designed so there is plenty of room to work, unwind and have a good night sleep on the comfortable bed. The host Lotus and assistant Millie are very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

It would have been helpful to know that there were two lockboxes and to try the one further away from the property

Handy for Brighton's excellent bus services. We were allowed to leave in our bags ahead of check-in time, and at the end of our stay. Good communication with the owners.

Very little kitchen equipment, e.g. only two glasses - host promised to address this. The room was smaller than I expected and the cost was comparable to a hotel stay.

The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. Large comfortable bed. It's nice that there are lots of useful things, for example a raincoat.

A TV would also be useful.

I cannot believe that you have sent me this email. I have exchanged numerous emails and had two phone calls with you because I had to cancel my booking. You have still not resolved the situation. The host has tried to be helpful; we have been exchanging messages but she is finding dealing with you very difficult too. Sending me this survey is insulting.

I think that a photo of the outside of any premises should also be included with the info on your website. Once I saw the outside of the property and what it was like I realised that it was totally unsuitable for me. The host has been delightful in messages but your system is a disgrace

I needed a self-contained facility for myself, visiting my son, who is at university in Brighton. The location next to the Open Market was ideal. This studio apartment was well-equipped with drinks and soup made available. Lotus my host was extremely helpful & kind

Some street noise outside the property when the bins were being emptied just after dawn.

The location is perfect. Kitchen is small but its comfortable to use. There's a fridge as well. The host provided tea, coffee and breakfast cereals. I needed early check-in and the host arranged it for me. I was so grateful!

It was sometimes loud outside as there's a restaurant in front of the apartment.

Location was fantastic. Really close to the station, with everything else a short walk away. It was clean with a nice stock of necessities to use if needed. I found it perfectly warm during my time there. The apartment has been used in a really clever way, with a lot of storage and space. Would love to use this apartment again in the future.

No major complaints. I saw AC units, heaters, etc while there which would fix any possible comfort issue.
