"Basic, handy, nice but very noisy"

Really convenient for msida, everything needed has been thought of, lovely little place.

Not the properties fault but very noisy neighbours until the early hours every night and road works during the day, rules of quiet after 11 are not enforced, great if your young but terrible if you enjoy sleep

Apartamento moderno en muy buen estado, limpio y bien equipado. Fácil aparcamiento en su entorno. Lidl muy cerca. Excelente comunicación para resolver cualquier incidencia o consulta.

La poca presión de agua que había en la ducha.

"Sistemazione strategica in zona molto tranquilla comoda per spostarsi dell'isola,"

L'appartamento è spazioso e di recente ristrutturazione, completo di tutto quello che serve. La zona è tranquilla e si riesce a parcheggiare l'auto nei paraggi a tutte le ore. Il self chek-in consente di arrivare e partire in autonomia e soprattutto di girare senza portarsi dietro le chiavi, TOP. Vicinanza del LIDL per fare la spesa e del caffè Pascucci o Shakes n' Bakes per fare colazione. Buona posizione per raggiungere sia Valletta che il nord dell'isola con le spiagge e il porto verso Gozo che il sud, anche se a causa del traffico su tutta l'isola i tempi si allungano anche per fare 20 Km.

La zona è in fase di ristrutturazione generale, con molti cantieri un po' rumorosi, anche se l'insonorizzazione è buona. Inoltre non ci sono molti locali e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze, né una vera e propria passeggiata, per tutte queste cose occorre prendere l'auto. Probabilmente già l'anno prossimo sarà molto più valorizzata.

Erg nette accommodatie, met goede busverbindingen en een grote Lidl vlakbij.

Naastgelegen appartementen waren vrij goed hoorbaar.

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem. Zadbane, czyste. Kontakt z wlascicielem bez problemu. Bardzo fajne rozwiazanie z pralnią, znajduje sie w osobnym pomieszczeniu na parterze budynku, pralka, suszarka elektryczna oraz środki do prania. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęry, byly nawet przyprawy, kawa, herbata. Klimatyzacja działała bez problemu. Blisko przystanek autobusowy, Lidl.

Jedyna rzecz z jaką mieliśmy mały problem to wprowadzenie kodu do otwarcia drzwi do mieszkania- w środku nocy włączył sie alarm 😀 ale tylko za pierwszym razem 😁
