Konumu çok iyiydi. Turistik noktalara 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Bina girişi çok eskiydi. Olduğu söylenmesine rağmen asansör yoktu. Neyse ki Oda 2. Kattaydı. Klima bozuktu. Geceleri ısıtmadığı için üşüdük. 2. Günün sonunda oda ancak ısındı. Ayrıca çok gürültü yapıyordu bu yüzden gece çalıştıramadık.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Wir konnten die typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten alle zu Fuß erreichen, eine Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ebenfalls in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist umgeben von verschiedenen Lokalen und Bars in einer belebten Umgebung. Dennoch ist es nachts sehr ruhig.

In der Dusche tropfte die Armatur, was wir jedoch nicht weiter als schlimm empfanden.
