We got to the hotel and it was overbooked so we never got a room. I have requested a refund and have not heard back from anybody. I will not be using booking.com again either. I was billed for the room, somebody please issue me a refund. I’ve sent messages and emails with no response.

There were no rooms available yet I was charged for the room. The woman working the front counter was not nice or helpful. There were about 5 others who were in the same boat as us.
