"Pleasant"

Whilst the living/dining room, kitchen and main bedroom are light and pleasant, both bathrooms and second bedroom are very tired. This is quite a dated caravan.

Lovely roomy caravan nice and quiet

Key box cover needs replacing where it has weathered it leaves black marks all over your hands and clothes if you touch it

"A holiday that felt like a luxury break at low cost with 5 star service."

The caravan was spotless and felt welcoming. The personal touches and thoughtfulness of having everything to hand on a practical level such as a corkscrew, list of useful numbers displayed on the wall. Leaving veranda furniture for use. Also the communication from yourselves from the moment I made the booking was excellent. And reassuring by providing a contact number in case there were any problems. The site was clean and ideally situated with been close to both the beach or the Broads it gives you the best of both worlds with plenty of places to visit should you wish.

I paid for linen service but the bedding on my bed had tears in it and although clean looked shabby. Also my mum is disabled and in a wheelchair but there are no side paths alongside the speed bumps so I had to drive to the other village rather than walk to access the indoor pool. In an ideal world it would be great to have the same facilities in both sites.

"Kids enjoyed the stay. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time onsite or in the caravan."

Clean campsite. And good facilities.

Was booked into a diamond level caravan, which was more like a silver level.
