L'emplacement et la facilité pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement. L'appartement dispose de tout ce dont un couple a besoin.

Le parking est derrière l'immeuble et un "garde" demande de l'argent à chaque aller et venu. Il y avait des fêtes dans l'immeuble quasiment tous les soirs, impossible de dormir paisiblement.

"Exceptional"

The apartment is super clean and not far from the beach and train station. All the rooms with Air Condition. Two bathrooms were very convenient. The kitchen with everything equipped.

The biggest problem was the elevators. I was at the 8th floor and my old mother had to climb to 8th floor, which was a disaster. Only one elevator is most of the time functional. The elevator was an everyday issue, you to wait and wait.
