The location was great. Building itself is new and clean and spacious. The price of the stay is affordable.

The house itself is very clean and pleasant and owner was easily reachable. However, both bathrooms have shower that is broken. One shower room is clogged and water is all over the floor each time we take shower. It takes hours to drain so we had to use the sheets to clean the floor. Also the bigger bathroom smelled of cigarettes which comes through the ventilation. We have let the owner know about the shower being broken but not sure if she/he did not fix on purpose because I see from previous reviews that other guests have also complained the same thing. Second shower room’s shower head is broken so the water splashes all over which is extremely stressful when we just want to take “regular functional” shower which is included in the price we pay. The kitchen light bulb is not working, the owner could have fixed it before we arrived. There is a gas oven but it was not working, which was disappointing also. There are always beggars downstairs the entrance waiting for us to give money every single day. There was someone singing from the 7am and banging and making noise until 2am every night which we did not know whom to complain. The floor is so thin that you can hear the noise from above and the next door.

Secure parking. Brand new building. Great place to stay. Would repeat again.
