The location was great if we were able to actually stay there.

On arrival the whole of the kitchen flooring had been pulled up and was on the decking, the caravan was full of electric tools and the counters were covered in the kick boards. The bedroom was full of boxes and new flooring and the living area stacked with everything that was supposed to be in the kitchen area. It was completely inhabitable. No answer from the owner when we called and no apology at all to present. We had to cancel our holiday after travelling all the way down with 3 excited children. Completely unacceptable.

Great location. plenty for children to do.

The caravan was lovely and very spacious and great location.

Could get quite noisy at night time.

Property is great, it was my second year running staying at this caravan because the location for me is perfect. We booked for my daughters 5th birthday this time and she loved it!!. I have 4 kids so being close to the football courts and park is a huge bonus for me. The only thing I would say negative is that on both years I’ve stayed, the cleaners have never emptied/cleaned the BBQ and both times it was filthy & with at least 10 used fag butts in from the people before, i just wanted to make the owner aware of this. Other than that I really can’t find any fault and will definitely book again :-).
