Having arrived in Birmingham we were informed accommodation had been vandalised by previous occupants and we could have a refund,not much help after having arrived waiting to check in. After pleading with owner offered alternative nearly 3 hours after arrival. Bear in mind we had plans for day now ruined and concert to attend . After waiting 1 hour for cleaner to let us in we just had to dump bags and go to make most of our evening ( wife's birthday) made most of situation arrived back tired found bed to be crap springs utter useless,blinds let light through so sleep was near impossible, oh and pillow was like a sack of spuds. Whole experience was utter disgrace. On positive we were offered late check out. In fact we got up at 06.30 and left by 7.00am needed to get home. Owners communication was poor even emailed us to say hoped we were enjoying our stay before we even checked in🤬Next time it's a hotel for us. This place was a nightmare 🤬

The tv was broken I contacted the owner but no one got back to me. The bed were not comfortable at all and nor was the sofa

The property was not deluxe or 2 bedroom. It had 1 bedroom no private balcony as advertised. The black lockbox was not easy to find. I had a special needs son who saw the photos of the skittles on the bowls but they weren’t there either, so he was upset. I was told it was a mistake and they had no alternative accommodation for me and my son, so I had to find and purchase another place. I was promised a refund and still haven’t had it.
