An amazing apartment in the middle of Cotswold Lakaes. It is situation within an estate that has heated pools, a spa, a bike rental facility, restaurant, tennis courts and lots of activities to do with kids in the surrounding areas.

"Lovely stay and we would definitely come again."

The apartment was clean, comfortable and the facilities has everything we needed as a family during a short stay.

The facilities on site were perfectly good. However, the restaurant is very expensive. It was nice food but a meals for 4 (2 kids meals and 4 glasses of wine) was c.£160. Nice but expensive for what it was (and that's living in London).

"Gorgeous and quiet with a stunning view."

Lovely property with super views over Howells Mere. Parked easy enough outside the property. Pretty much everything we needed in there, lovely to have the outside space too, that was super nice. They must have laid out the properties very well, as whilst it seems like there a LOT of people there, the verandah was SO peaceful!

nothing to do with the property, but the site itself is quite large, so it's a bit of a walk to the pool, perhaps 7-8 mins, and you have to book the day before, and for us it seemed we could only book a 'family swim'. As 4 mums who were on a break away from our own children, there were a LOT of young children in the pool (lovely families I might add) but it made it quite loud in there and not overly relaxing!

"A lovely quiet apartment with a stunning deck and views."

Lovely views from the south facing deck and the main bedroom. The deck was very private. Free access to the spa. Lots of lovely nature walks nearby. Jane was a great host.

Nothing. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift but the exercise was good for me!

Reed Warbler was a great apartment for my family. We was staying with a 3 year old and 4 year old and everything was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. My children loved the games that we were able to play and we thought what a lovely touch. The apartment had a lovely balcony which in summer would be ideal for the family to sit on.

"Lovely RnR weekend stay"

Gorgeous penthouse with lovely views of lake. Everything you needed for a SC holiday was provided. Very spacious and relaxing. Fab arrival instructions and communication throughout our stay, Jane was super helpful. Location wise lovely short walk to restaurant and spa.
