Very warm at night but it was a very hot weekend (fans were provided)

Apartment and the owner were amazing. Couldn't have done more for us and made my wife's 40th birthday memorable and incredibly special.

The Lower Mill estate is lovely but the facilities get very busy and fully booked over a day in advance. Pizza shack restaurant and spa need to be booked before arrival to guarantee a slot. Inside the estate could be better sign posted. Things like bin stores were very difficult to spot and exit and main areas could have been easier. You don't want to have to walk around with a map all the time to find kayak launch points

Clean, tidy and cosy apartment. Was perfect for myself, mum and daughter. The location is great, the rooms were specious and clean, the beds were so unbelievably comfy. It's very quiet which was excellent for a good sleep. Loved how the apartment had everything we needed. Jane and husband were so helpful when we had a small issue with kettle, very quick response and such a lovely couple. We will be returning again soon, for our next weekend away :) thank you again!

Beautiful location! Apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The host is so lovely and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

The area is beautiful, the pool was great fun, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including the outdoor deck where you could sit in the sun and listen to the birds, while looking at the pond, just lovely. Host communicated clearly, answered questions and was very helpful!

Staying with kids in the apartment we were a bit nervous about the white carpet everywhere and ended up putting a cloth under the table just in case there were spills (there weren't but we wanted to be careful!). There's a shoe rack so you don't track anything in, but just need to be extra careful when eating.
